Feeling a little ‘bubbled’ out from festive cheers with friends – or simply looking to try out a refreshing non-alcoholic drink to enjoy as a mid-week treat – why not give one of these delicious mocktail recipes a try. Created by expert mixologist Matt from Quintessential Events – the team behind the bars at our recent winter events, from a Cranberry and Rosemary Collins to a Spiced Margarita, they’re perfect for every occasion and season all from the comfort of your home.

Spiced Margarita

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Stir in a short glass or Martini glass, with no ice.
  2. To make the winter spiced agave, gently heat 250ml agave with 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise and 10 cloves.
  3. Do no boil.
  4. Allow to sit and cool.
  5. Remove the spices and store.



Cranberry & Rosemary Collins

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Mix in a tall glass, with cubed ice and a straw.
  2. To make the Rosemary syrup, gently heat 500ml sugar syrup with 5 sprigs of rosemary. Do not boil.
  3. Allow to sit and cool.
  4. Remove the sprig and store.
