Work life balance

‘Having the flexibility to work from home one day a week and adjust my hours around school drop-offs and pick-ups is invaluable. I can be present for my family while still doing my job well. Training & career development

'My journey at Pegasus Homes started at Renaissance Retirement in 2018, where I started as an administration apprentice, initially based in the Winchester office legal department. My dedication, enthusiasm and hard work were recognised and the company offered me the opportunity to further my career by continuing my training as a paralegal through the Cilex platform: a two-year course that I completed while continuing to work at Pegasus.

Throughout my training, I received unwavering support and guidance from the legal team, and I successfully completed the course in September 2022. Since qualifying, I have assumed greater autonomy in my role and taken on broader responsibilities within plot sales, resales, rental transfers, and other related areas. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of representing the company in liaising with external legal bodies.

My journey here hasn’t just provided me with invaluable skills and knowledge, it’s also instilled in me a profound sense of self-worth and achievement. I’m immensely grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given and I’m excited to be advancing my career within such a dynamic and supportive organisation.'
