In line with the new Renters Rights Act that came into effect on 1st May 2026, we offer customers an Assured Periodic Tenancy (APT). A flexible, rolling contract that gives you increased security, higher standards and fair rent structures. At Pegasus Homes, we welcome the new Act as a positive for the housing market and rental industry.

  • Step One First of all, just like if you were buying your new home, you view the property, to be sure it’s right for you.
  • Step Two Our knowledgeable team will talk you through the whole transaction, as well as introducing you to the on-site team, to make sure you’re entirely comfortable with the moving process.
  • Step Three We’ll ask for some basic information, including financial details, to make sure that the rent is affordable to you on a long term basis.
  • Step Four We request a month's rent in advance, as well as a five week deposit which is registered and held by a Government backed deposit scheme, before you move into the apartment.

  • Step Five Once the paperwork is complete, we’ll help you move in on the pre-agreed date.
