We want to help our customers reduce their cost of living by contributing towards the cost of three main factors:
Contributions will be capped at a maximum value, dependent on the property purchase price. The value of the contribution will be paid upon legal completion as a financial contribution deducted from the purchase price on the completion statement. The customer remains responsible for paying their service charge, council tax and utility bills.

Living in Wilmslow
The town delivers all a shopping enthusiast could want: everything from independent boutiques offering luxury brands to charity shops and department stores. There’s a great choice of cosy pubs and top-class eateries too. Take a short walk from the centre of town along the River Bollin and the stunning parkland of The Carrs Park is yours to roam in. Or drive just 10 miles and you’ll find yourself in the Peak District, exploring picturesque towns like Buxton, with its Opera House, and the glories of Chatsworth House.
On your doorstep
A gentle half-mile stroll and you are in town, with all the amenities, including a bank, pharmacy, library, two supermarkets and a monthly artisan market. Services from Wilmslow train station take you into Manchester in under half an hour, you’re a 20-minute drive from the M6 and it’s only 15 minutes by car to Manchester Airport.
