At Pegasus Homes we are transparent about what it costs to live in our communities. Whether you rent or buy your new home with us, we want you to be sure that the move is right for you.
If you purchase your new home, you will need to contribute to the service charge that pays for the management and maintenance of the community. The service charge is reviewed annually and paid monthly.
If you rent your new home after 1st May 2026, your monthly payment will cover your rent plus all associated costs to manage and maintain your new community.
