Back in the 18th century, a spring was discovered on Bayshill meadow and the family who owned it helped transform Cheltenham into the fashionable spa destination it remains today. This remarkable collection of homes also represents a little slice of history: behind the facades of two Grade II-listed villas, award-winning architects have created spacious modern homes with ceiling-height windows, uniting the two with a brilliant contemporary space. The elegant result fits in seamlessly with the Regency architecture of Montpellier, Cheltenham’s smartest neighbourhood.
