Originally trading as Pegasus Life, our history spans over 30 years, creating high quality communities for people over 60 in some of the most sought after locations in England.
With expertise in every discipline across the building industry, we have created homes for first time buyers, families and retirees. We create, operate and manage our communities, and now focus and specialise in later living.
| 2012 - Oaktree Capital Management acquired Pegasus Life |
| 2014 - Anthology was founded in London, building exciting communities in areas undergoing regeneration aimed at first time buyers, young professionals and families. |
| 2017 - Oaktree Capital Management acquired Ringwood based retirement developer, Renaissance. |
| 2019 - with three distinct operating companies, the Lifestory Group was created as a brand and Head Office function to manage all three companies. |
| 2022 - Property management is brought in house operating under our Customer Operations team. |
| 2024 - After selling out of properties at Anthology and Renaissance, the Group re-focussed and prioritised later living, and Pegasus Homes became the lead customer facing brand. At this time, the Lifestory and Anthology brands fell away |
| Present day, Pegasus Homes now manages over 30 communities across England, specialising in high quality, independent later living. |
