Enjoy all the comforts of a stylish contemporary home within a vibrant community that sits on the edge of 50 acres of parkland, yet right in the centre of this thriving commuter town. Award-winning architects RCKa took inspiration from the area’s arts and crafts heritage in designing the white, pitch-roofed pavilions that chime so well with the distinguished architecture along Leyton Road.

With so much beautiful countryside surrounding the town, its residents tend to be an active bunch. Harpenden Leisure Centre is just around the corner and has a well-equipped gym, swimming pool and regular fitness classes. Or maybe you’ll discover a new hobby at the Harpenden Lawn Tennis Club, Bowling Club or Harpenden Common Golf Club. The town’s also very well served for shopping, with both independents and high street names, and a monthly farmers’ market that always draws the crowds.

"It’s very quiet. Our upstairs neighbour is building an island and we haven’t heard a thing! The insulation is really good. We wanted somewhere nice, safe and convenient and this ticks all the boxes."

"I’ve experienced later living homes elsewhere and I can honestly say this is the most desirable one I have lived in. It has a lovely warm and friendly atmosphere, and the apartment is fitted out to a very high standard. The Pegasus team are also fantastic, I can’t speak highly enough of them!"

"As I was finding the house and the garden too much to manage, after ten years living there on my own, it seemed like a good time to move somewhere more manageable. It all just fell into place and the timing felt right for me."
