Apartment 63

The owners’ lounge is like your own very elegant club room. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a board game, a cup of tea, or a glass of wine (depending on your preference!) with neighbours and friends. Regular events are held here - from book groups to film nights, and celebrations throughout the year - all of them tailored to the owners’ tastes and interests. It’s the perfect place for the community to come together.

The arboretum garden is a mixture of hedgerows, pathways and magnificent mature trees, creating an inviting sense of progression as you move through the different areas. The Victorian-inspired stepped landscaping leads down to the lawns and pond, the south terrace and the memorial garden, with its 200-year-old Grade II listed obelisk.

There’s no better way to pamper yourself than with a visit to the on-site spa, with a herbal sauna, steam room and the tranquil hydrotherapy pool. You can further treat yourself to a massage and other beauty and therapeutic treatments in the wellness rooms.

Containing state-of-the-art equipment that’s specially designed to protect older joints, the gym is suitable for all fitness levels and the stretch studio hosts regular yoga classes for everyone from experts to beginners. It’s your space, so you’re welcome to invite your own teacher or personal trainer to help you get the most out of your fitness routine.

Your safety and wellbeing is the on-site team’s primary focus, so every individual member has a talent for making residents feel looked-after and understood. If you have practical issues, a social event to plan, or just want a friendly chat or word of advice: they’re on hand.
