We understand that pets are more than just animals, they are part of the family and become cherished companions. That’s why wherever possible, we encourage and accommodate customers who wish to bring their pets with them to their new home.
If you and your pet are interested in moving to a Pegasus community, you should discuss this with your Customer Advisor when you come to view. If you decide to reserve, you will need to complete a Pet Application form which is reviewed by the on site team. Whilst we will be as accommodating as possible, it may not always be appropriate for your pet to join us.
There are some ground rules that we ask all residents to abide by to ensure the safety and satisfaction of everyone who lives within our communities.
