Community Living Charter
Our team is committed to keeping your community well-maintained and listening to your feedback with the professional respect you deserve. We’ll always aim to be fair and transparent in everything we do. In return, we just ask for that same respect.
All residents are required to read and understand our Community Living Charter, that outlines expectations for community life, including maintaining communal and personal spaces, adhering to safety protocols like fire and security procedures, and following guidelines for parking, pets, and visitors.

Independent Later Living Policy
There are a variety of tenure options available in the later-living sector, from sheltered accommodation and retirement homes, to speciality care homes. With so much choice (and potential confusion), we wanted to clarify what it is that we offer at Pegasus Homes and who we are best suited for.
At Pegasus Homes, we are classified as an ‘independent later-living’ developer and operator. In its simplest terms, this means that we create communities for people over the age of 60, who are able to live independently. Pets Policy
We understand that pets are more than just animals, they are part of the family and become cherished companions. That’s why wherever possible, we encourage and accommodate customers who wish to bring their pets with them to their new home.
