Drawing inspiration from the arts and crafts movement, award-winning architects have created this community of apartments around a calming and sociable courtyard garden. Here you get the best of both worlds - the convenience of urban living with the tranquillity of suburban life. With Horsell Moor and the Basingstoke Canal right beside you, there’s inviting green space on the doorstep and a vibrant and diverse cultural scene to dip into. But you’re also incredibly well-connected by rail, with fast and frequent services to London, and the A3, M3 and M25 close at hand.
Highlights
Many homes have balconies or outdoor space and all have full height windows that really maximise the feeling of light and space. The communal lounge has a fabulous outlook onto the central courtyard from the adjoining terrace. It’s just the spot for enjoying the Sunday papers, or sharing a glass of wine with friends and neighbours at the end of a busy day. And if you want to offer visitors a bed for the night, the luxurious guest suite makes anyone staying there feel very pampered.
Residents’ lounge
Meet a neighbour for a companionable cup of tea, enjoy an impromptu glass of wine after an evening stroll, or take the Sunday papers and make an afternoon of it. Our elegant lounges are an extension of your living and socialising space. When you’re hosting a get-together with friends or family, we’re always delighted to accommodate your plans.
Landscaped courtyard garden
Our classic, contemporary landscaping is carefully detailed and thoughtfully planted, to look welcoming all year round. Smaller courtyard gardens and roof terraces are particularly important for our city centre locations, so we take care to make the very most of every square foot.
On-site team
Your safety and security is our team’s main focus, so every member of our team has a knack for making others feel looked-after and understood. Practical issues, a social event to plan, or just for a friendly chat or word of advice: they’re there to support you, in any way they can.
