Apartment 9

The spacious lounge has sophisticated contemporary decor and furnishings that make it feel light and airy in the summer, but cosy in the winter months. Cleverly laid out, it lends itself to all kinds of get-togethers, from film nights for residents to family celebrations.

With views out over the shared patio, the communal kitchen is just the spot for a catch-up with a neighbour over a cup of coffee, or to prepare drinks or snacks for visiting friends and family.

Community events often spill out onto the sun-trap of a patio in the summer months. But no matter the time of year, this is an extended part of your home: you’re welcome to enjoy a good book in the fresh air, or maybe a revitalising pot of breakfast tea, or shared glass of wine on a fine evening.

If your apartment is full, but your visiting friends and family wish to make the most of their trip, take advantage of the spacious guest suite. Complete with an en-suite, tea and coffee station and a television, it’s an ideal option when you want to extend hospitality to your loved ones.
