With remarkable views of Lichfield’s Gothic cathedral, this community enjoys all the benefits of being right in the middle of a fascinating city. Connection and wellbeing is at its core, with its sociable layout and purpose-built communal spaces. Step out of the gate, walk down the cobbled street and there’s a wealth of diversions, from the sights and sounds of the weekly market day on Market Square, to Michelin-starred dining and concerts and theatre at the Lichfield Garrick. Sitting between the green spaces of Beacon Park and Stowe Pool, you’ll find both medieval landmarks and modern conveniences on your doorstep.
Highlights
Residents make daily use of an inviting communal lounge, along with a well-equipped shared kitchen that has doors leading out onto a sun-drenched patio.
Communal lounge
The spacious lounge has sophisticated contemporary decor and furnishings that make it feel light and airy in the summer, but cosy in the winter months. Cleverly laid out, it lends itself to all kinds of get-togethers, from film nights for residents to family celebrations.
Shared kitchen
With views out over the shared patio, the communal kitchen is just the spot for a catch-up with a neighbour over a cup of coffee, or to prepare drinks or snacks for visiting friends and family.
Outdoor patio
Community events often spill out onto the sun-trap of a patio in the summer months. But no matter the time of year, this is an extended part of your home: you’re welcome to enjoy a good book in the fresh air, or maybe a revitalising pot of breakfast tea, or shared glass of wine on a fine evening.
Guest suite
If your apartment is full, but your visiting friends and family wish to make the most of their trip, take advantage of the spacious guest suite. Complete with an en-suite, tea and coffee station and a television, it’s an ideal option when you want to extend hospitality to your loved ones.

Moving from a family home full of memories is never easy, but Malcolm knew he didn’t need a care home - he needed a community. When his family visited his new apartment at Lichfield Bonds, their apprehension turned into relief.
