Feeling safe in your own home is an essential part to enjoying your new surroundings, and we place the safety and security of our residents as our highest priority.
Most communities benefit from CCTV to the entrance and communal areas, and are supported by the on-site team.
24/7 remote support
Pegasus communities have a remote monitoring system installed in all apartments, and every resident is issued with a pendant when they move in. If the pendant is worn and an incident occurs within our communities, a simple touch of the button and help will be at hand.
The pendants, and wall units within the apartments, are linked to a remote monitoring service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If there is an emergency, the responder can contact the on site team during working hours, the designated emergency contact or the emergency services.
Secure by design
Access to our communities is controlled by a fob. After working hours, fire doors and internal doors within the communities are also secured.
Residents have a telephone entry system within their apartment, so they can speak to visitors and allow them entry without leaving their apartment.
